About Parousia

Amid profound experiences and reflections on life, death, and the transcendent, as well as questioning the values and principles of humanity, Parousia was born. The band combines the technicality of progressive death/doom with the melodic sensitivity of its vocals, featuring lyrics rooted in faith.

Formed by former Ayin member Abner Ramires (piano/guitar/drums/vocals), his wife Ludimila Sicsú (vocals), and their daughter Anneke Ramires (bass), the Brazilian band recently completed their first family project, the EP "Theatrum Gloriae Dei".
